Concordia, Revista de Administración y Educación (Revista de Administración y Educación) considers as authors those individuals who have made a substantial contribution to the conception, design, execution, analysis, interpretation, drafting, critical revision, or final approval of the manuscript. The journal adopts the NISO CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy) framework to ensure transparency regarding each author's participation in the research and drafting process.

Authors must declare their specific roles in the submission cover letter. These may include, but are not limited to: Conceptualization, Methodology, Formal Analysis, Investigation, Data Curation, Writing – Original Draft, Writing – Review & Editing, Supervision, Project Administration, and Funding Acquisition.

Authors will be listed in the order previously agreed upon by the research team and must provide the following information:

• Full name (or academic signature name).
• Email address.
• Institutional affiliation (including city and country).
• ORCID iD.
• Individual contribution statement.
• Conflict of Interest disclosure (where applicable).

The author who submits the manuscript through the OJS (Open Journal Systems) platform will assume the role of Corresponding Author. This individual is responsible for maintaining communication with the journal throughout the editorial process, submitting revised versions, responding to reviewers' comments, and ensuring that all co-authors are kept informed of the manuscript’s status.

Originality and Submission Policy: Manuscripts submitted to Concordia must be original, unpublished, and not under simultaneous consideration by any other scientific journal. All authors must be aware of and approve the submission, committing to maintain these conditions until a final editorial decision is reached.

Correction of Errors: Authors are responsible for correcting any errors identified at any stage of the editorial process or after publication. Should significant errors be discovered, authors must promptly notify the editorial team to coordinate the necessary corrections or errata.
