Aims and scope
Concordia, Revista de Administraci贸n y Educaci贸n (Revista de Administraci贸n y Educaci贸n) is an interdisciplinary, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal dedicated to the dissemination of original research in the fields of management, organizational governance, education, and related disciplines.
Purpose: The journal鈥檚 primary objective is to publish research findings that contribute to the advancement of scientific, academic, and professional knowledge regarding administrative, educational, organizational, and institutional processes. Concordia has a particular interest in addressing issues of significance within the Latin American context.

Article Types: The journal publishes original articles derived from empirical research, case studies, documentary studies, narrative reviews, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, scientific essays, and methodological proposals, in either Spanish or English.

Editorial Integrity: Published by the Latin American University (Universidad Latinoamericana), Concordia promotes research and publishing ethics, editorial transparency, and the responsible dissemination of knowledge. Our editorial processes adhere to international principles of scientific integrity, including the Singapore Statement on Research Integrity (2010), the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) Guidelines (2024), and the NISO CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy) framework, ensuring the quality, accountability, and traceability of all published work.
