Review board
The Review Board is a scholarly body composed of specialists across diverse fields of expertise. Its fundamental role is to support the editorial process through the technical and scientific evaluation of manuscripts, thereby contributing to the enhancement of the journal's academic quality. Participation is conducted under a double-blind peer-review system, safeguarding the anonymity of both authors and reviewers throughout the process. Membership in the Review Board does not grant access to authors' identifiable information, nor does it entail involvement in editorial decision-making beyond the assigned review outcomes; this ensures impartiality, confidentiality, and transparency in the evaluation process. Furthermore, in addition to the standing Review Board, the journal enlists external reviewers selected according to the specific subject matter and specialization of each manuscript, guaranteeing highly relevant, rigorous, and specialized assessments.
