The objective of this article is to evaluate the impact of the work study on the productivity of the agricultural company Biorental SAC. The research takes an applied approach and uses a pre-experimental design with a quantitative approach. The behavior of productivity was analyzed before and after the application of the work study. The study population consisted of the company's production process data corresponding to the weeks of the last six months worked in the year 2022. The sample was specifically selected from the group of productivity data for the months of October, November and December of 2022. The results of the study revealed an increase in productivity, going from 1.49 to 1.83. These data were analyzed using SPSS software and a parametric T-Student test was applied with a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.050). In conclusion, it was found that the study of work has a positive effect on the productivity of the agricultural company, achieving an improvement of 22.6%. These results support the importance of implementing strategies based on work study to increase efficiency and performance in the agricultural entity
