Perception of the value proposition of the Atelier Delicate in Ciudad del Este, 2025

Introduction: The current fashion market demands differentiated value propositions that transcend mere commercial transactions. Objective: This study analyzed the perceptions of customers regarding the value proposition of Atelier Delicate in the Santa Ana neighborhood, Ciudad del Este, during the first half of 2025. Methodology: A quantitative approach with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and descriptive design was employed, applying a virtual survey to 50 female users of the service. Results: Results revealed that 52% valued personalized attention, 94% rated satisfaction as excellent, and 90% declared themselves loyal or very loyal to the business. Conclusions: The value proposition of Atelier Delicate proves effective for customer loyalty and business sustainability, confirming personalized attention as a competitive advantage.
Introducción: El mercado de moda actual exige propuestas de valor diferenciadas que trasciendan la mera transacción comercial. Objetivo: Este estudio analizó la percepción de las clientas sobre la propuesta de valor del Atelier Delicate del Barrio Santa Ana, Ciudad del Este, durante el primer semestre de 2025. Metodología: Se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo con diseño no experimental, transversal y descriptivo, aplicando una encuesta virtual a 50 mujeres usuarias del servicio. Resultados: Los resultados revelaron que el 52% valoró la atención personalizada, el 94% calificó la satisfacción como excelente y el 90% se declaró fiel o muy fiel al negocio. Conclusiones: La propuesta de valor del Atelier Delicate resulta efectiva para la fidelización y la sostenibilidad del negocio, confirmando la importancia de la atención personalizada como ventaja competitiva.
