Quality and productivity management system of the company San Gabriel, Piura – 2021

Today, companies face increasingly intense competition. In order to survive and thrive, businesses must focus on quality and productivity. To address the topic, the objective was to determine how the implementation of a quality management system based on ISO 9001: 2015 improves the productivity of the company San Gabriel, Piura – 2021. It was a study with a quantitative, applied, design approach. field and explanatory scope, where observation was used as a technique and a data collection sheet was used as the instrument. As a result, the implementation of a quality management system based on ISO 9001: 2015 improved the effectiveness of the machinery by a good percentage. In this way, an increase in this indicator of 11.05% was achieved, which was verified according to the results of the t-Student test, since ρ-value < 0.05.
