The study was entitled: Production process in the Company Aggregates and machinery the Great CORAL E.I.R.L., whose objective was to make its improvement and optimization. It was of an applied type, with pre-experimental design, under a quantitative approach. The population was formed by the singing production process, during the periods of 4 months for the analysis. The techniques used were documentary analysis and direct observation. The instruments were: the data collection form for productivity analysis, the documentary guide and the time study format. To determine the productivity in the company, the calculation and analysis of the before and after of the productivity of the raw material before was 1.21; then 1.79; in the workforce before 33.78; after 56.52 and multifactorial productivity before 1.16 and after improvement 1.73. It is concluded that the improvement of the production process increases productivity.
