  • Peer review process

All submitted articles undergo a peer evaluation process involving double review: first, the technical team checks for formal criteria; then, the editorial team ensures adherence to editorial policies. Concordia Journal of Administration and Education has a dedicated team specializing in administrative research and education for this purpose.

Manuscripts are assessed using the Turnitin plagiarism detection tool. Those that contain uncredited text from other sources, instances of self-plagiarism, or more than 25% of non-original content (i.e., quoted literally) will be rejected. Articles failing to meet formal criteria or the journal’s editorial policy will also be rejected.

The initial review typically takes about 30 days. If the submission passes this first double review, it will proceed to a blind peer review process, involving at least two evaluators. The editorial team assigns the reviewers, who use a specific form to conduct their assessments. If the two reviewers do not reach a consensus, the manuscript will be evaluated a third time.

After the review, considering the evaluation report, the text may be accepted for publication without changes, accepted after verifiable adjustments by editors or reviewers, accepted with significant modifications requiring further evaluation, or rejected. Authors will receive feedback from the reviewers, and if necessary, a new revision round will begin. It is important to emphasize that making changes does not ensure publication.

If the article is finally accepted, the editing phase commences to align the text with the journal's formatting standards. The editorial team will reach out to the authors and may request formatting adjustments. During this stage, substantial changes to the content are not permitted.
