Personal Data Protection: Names, email addresses, institutional affiliations, and other personal data provided to Concordia, Revista de Administración y Educación will be used exclusively for the journal’s editorial, academic, scientific, and administrative purposes.
Confidentiality and Third Parties: The journal will not disclose the personal data of authors, reviewers, readers, or users to third parties unrelated to its editorial functions, except when required by law or with the express authorization of the data subjects.
OJS Platform Usage: Data registered within the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform will be employed to manage submissions, coordinate peer reviews, maintain editorial communication, facilitate article publication, support indexing and digital preservation, and track the academic impact of manuscripts.
Anonymization Responsibility: Authors are responsible for ensuring that all data included in their manuscripts have been properly anonymized or de-identified when involving individuals, institutions, companies, students, faculty, employees, executives, patients, communities, or other participants.
Sensitive Information: Real names, initials, photographs, identifiable testimonials, sensitive data, or any information that allows for the re-identification of subjects must not be published, unless documented informed consent and express authorization for publication have been obtained.
